Who shall we bless next? And with what?

The Guina'ang blessing is a dazzling example of what we can do.
We've got so much work done setting up the template, we just gotta organize another. Do any of you do work with disadvantaged or disconnected communities? Ideally this is a cause or a community that you are working with intimately, and can be there to see the blessing manifest long term (like over a year).
I've got another blessing idea emerging here in Sagada-- they are really short on sports equipement, so my local buddy and I have dreamed up a 1Ball action. I am beginning by using couchsurfing to do it. Just yesterday we got our first two frisbees and had a blast with the local kids playing with me and another "foreigner".
BUT... it feels like our next official 1Action should be somewhere else other than Northern Philippines. What do you guys think? I am posting this also in the Ning forum.
